(6) Sourdough Rolls

Just like our Sourdough Loaves, we make these rolls with very few ingredients and no preservatives or dyes.  We use Oxidant flour and Hawaiian black salt to create loaves with a distinct flavor. Our loaves are 20 ounces and they take a full 48 hours to proof. For online orders, we bake every Monday and ship on Tuesday. They are baked at our in-home kitchen facility.

Orders need to be placed by Sunday mornings to ensure we make enough for Monday.  If you don't have your order in by Sunday, your order may be pushed to the following week.
