Sourdough Bagels
We make these sourdough bagels with very few ingredients and no preservatives or dyes. We use Oxidant flour and Hawaiian black salt to create loaves with a distinct flavor. Our loaves are 5 ounces each and they take a full 48 hours to proof. We use raw natural honey in our boil. For online orders, we bake every Monday and ship on Tuesday. They are baked at our in-home kitchen facility.
Orders need to be placed by Sunday mornings to ensure we make enough for Monday. If you don't have your order in by Sunday, your order may be pushed to the following week.
*Our Everything seasonings consist of poppy seeds, sesame seeds, garlic & onion powders, raw sugar, and Himalayan salt
*Out Cinnamon Bagels are similar to plain, but has a little more raw honey and cinnamon for flavor.
